With our
computerized operation, high industry standards and our certified fire
inspectors and experienced loss control personal, our inspectors hold
memberships in NFPA, the American Society of Safety Engineers and other safety
related
organizations.
H&S processes reports in all 48 contiguous states. We have a competitive flat rate for standard commercial and residential reports. Our detailed report is completed by appointment only at an hourly rate. We strive to work with our clients to control costs and provide the services that are required. Our average time service is less than 25 days, with RUSH service available. We can customize reports to our client's standards and use our client's inspection reports as well as our standard reports. The H&S standard report is a check-off form supported by a narrative, which adds detail and clarification. We provide a replacement cost evaluation, if requested, for personal lines and commercial surveys.
